The Three Keys to Real Leadership

“Invent a word!” commanded the speaker, an authority on business innovation. “It will free your mind and help you be creative.” So, after playing a little mental Scrabble, I wrote ‘VISICOMMFLUENCE’ (an amalgam of vision, communications and influence--the three keys to real leadership).
