1. Redesigning performance management. Deloitte moves away from the conventional 360-degree feedback as these rating exercises predicted the characteristics of the rater instead of the subject in the performance evaluation. Deloitte’s proposed method utilises a rating system that focuses on managers’ future actions to be taken with the employee, instead of rating the strengths and weaknesses of the employee.
