A CEO we spoke to described leadership as comprising the situational context at hand, the followers involved and the leaders themselves. The 165 leaders we spoke to – based across nine Asian countries – were clear that all three aspects were changing in their ecosystem. One key trend is intensifying regional and global competition, often triggered by trade blocs or agreements.
