Talent in Zalora: To build or to buy?

One of the most prevalent talent challenges comes from recruitment. As e-commerce is a relatively advanced and novel industry, it is challenging to find employees who fit the career demands of working at ZALORA. “Instead of focusing on the ‘buy’, we focus on the ‘build’ through hiring fresh graduates, and as a result our population are at the average age of 28 years-old,” says Foo.
